Fine positioning solution for single- and double-deep racking
The InspectorP Rack Fine Positioning is an easy-to-use yet flexible vision sensor that guides fine positioning of stacker cranes, or other automated storage and retrieval systems, in X and Y. The large measurement range allows for double-deep racking using the same sensor for both near and far range. Racks are reliably located using drilled holes only or reflectors, even with challenges such as stains or reflections. InspectorP Rack Fine Positioning offers plug-and-play simplicity out of the box by including pre-assembled illumination, pre-focused optics and pre-installed software.

The application software is fully flexible thanks to the SICK AppSpace development environment, with image processing powered by HALCON and SICK Algorithm Library.

The InspectorP63x is an industrial programmable and configurable 2D vision camera for most vision tasks. Boasting image resolutions of 1-2 megapixels, a compact IP 67 housing, and a flexible high-end optical design, it is perfectly equipped to meet demanding automation environments. The application software is fully flexible thanks to the SICK AppSpace development environment, with image processing powered by HALCON and SICK Algorithm Library.

Ultra-compact, industrial streaming cameras with GigE interface
The picoCam streaming camera family is ideally suited to applications where space is restricted. So that it can be used in industrial environments, the picoCam has a screw-fit RJ45 GigE interface – the standard for industrial image processing – as well as industry-grade plug connectors for the voltage supply and trigger signals. As an alternative, it is also possible to operate it with just one cable measuring up to 100 m in length using Power over Ethernet (PoE). The picoCam is available with 1, 2, or 4 megapixel resolution and in color, monochrome, or NIR (optional) variants. CMOS image sensors use global shutter technology and enable multiple image sections (AOI). Image recording and transmission are decoupled in the internal 60 MB memory bank and multi-camera applications are therefore supported.

Rugged, industry-grade streaming cameras with GigE interface
With IP 67 enclosure rating, the midiCam streaming camera family is ideally suited to use in harsh industrial environments. This is why the midiCam has an M12 GigE interface – the standard for industrial image processing – as well as industry-grade M12 connections for the voltage supply and trigger signals. As an alternative, it is also possible to operate it with just one cable measuring up to 100 m in length using Power over Ethernet (PoE). The midiCam is available with 1 or 2 megapixel resolution and in color, monochrome, or NIR (optional) variants. CMOS image sensors use global shutter technology and enable multiple image sections (AOI). 3D snapshot – two-eyes principle for effective use outdoors
Thanks to the innovative 3D snapshot technology and its rugged mechanical design, the Visionary-B 3D vision sensor from SICK is ideally suited for harsh outdoor environments, e.g., ports, construction sites, or in agriculture. The Visionary-B uses the stereoscopic principle to deliver both 2D images and 3D data with every snapshot. Depending on the application, all the raw data and the intelligent image processing results can be transferred in the form of object classifications and position determinations. As a driver assistance system with a monitor and live image, Visionary-B provides a rugged, easily configurable 3D collision warning system that is quickly operational and actively warns the driver, acoustically and visually, in critical situations.

Gigabit 3D vision for tough environments
Ruler E is a perfect tool for in-line 3D-scanning applications. It is designed for the tough environments common to the timber and mining industries and will provide accurate 3D measurements at temperatures as low as –30 °C. Plus, the Gigabit Ethernet interface makes it suitable for remote operation over long cable distances. With its built-in light source and factory-calibrated 3D data, the camera instantly provides precise measured values to within a millimeter, making integration considerably easier. In addition to high-speed 3D measurements, the Ruler E camera also provides grayscale intensity and laser scatter measurements. These measurements reveal more about objects and, in turn, enable more precise and reliable decisions. With a choice of analysis tools, PC performance, and combining data from several Rulers, you can adapt the solution cost and performance to your specific requirements.

Fast 3D measurement and MultiScan for advanced industrial solutions
Ranger cameras offer high levels of flexibility and can be configured for a wide range of needs. With its fast 3D measurement speed, data quality, and flexible MultiScan functionality, it serves as a key image processing component in inspection systems worldwide. Ranger cameras extract the true 3D shape of an object, regardless of its contrast or color. It is used to measure object height and volume, to detect shape defects, and for quality grading and size sorting. With its unique MultiScan tool, a multitude of object features, such as contrast, gloss, and scatter can be measured at the same time! This enables reliable inspection results and more cost-efficient solutions since it only takes one Ranger to perform it all.

3D snapshot – for versatile use indoors
Visionary-T 3D vision sensors from SICK offer maximum flexibility for indoor use due to their innovative 3D-snapshot technology. The Visionary-T provides real-time depth information for each pixel – even for stationary applications – based on time-of-flight measurement. The sensors transmit the complete raw data and data that has been specifically pre-processed for the application in question. In addition, however, it is also possible to transfer measured values that have already been evaluated, resulting in simple sensor responses. In this way, the right information is always transmitted – customized to suit the respective application. High-performance visualization tools and reliable 3D information make the Visionary-T the ideal solution in applications including intralogistics, robotics, or industrial vehicles.

The TriSpector1000 is a stand-alone configurable sensor for cost-efficient 3D inspections. No matter what the shape, color or orientation of the product, the sensor is up to the challenge. Now content, completeness and emptiness can be verified in all dimensions. It is perfectly suited for solving quality control applications in the consumer goods and packaging industry. Thanks to its intuitive user interface, the TriSpector1000 ensures easy commissioning and operation. Even quick device replacement is easy with guaranteed field of view and re-use of saved settings.

Reliable and precise snapshot 3D for large field of view
The ScanningRuler is the perfect tool for 3D imaging in robot picking applications. It provides accurate and reliable 3D measurements of stationary objects. The data that is acquired can be used to locate parts in random bin picking applications and to calculate the best robot gripping position. The camera has a built-in laser light source and provides 3D point cloud measurements in millimeters of the entire scene. These features, in combination with the camera’s immunity to ambient light and its simple configuration, make the ScanningRuler very easy to integrate and use. In addition to 3D images, the ScanningRuler also provides a 2D image of the scene to simplify part identification. The ScanningRuler is connected to a PC with Gigabit Ethernet and has a rugged design that provides reliable operation in harsh industrial environments.
